TANGO/TRADITIONAL AND NUEVO/CAMP PILSEN

Prolonged weekend in a historical city of Pilsen offers intensive SEMINARS and evening MILONGAS with focus on both TRADITIONAL TANGO and TANGO NUEVO in a spaceful dance hall of PARKHOTEL PILSEN. Special guests this year are EMILIANO ALCARAZ & CAROLINE ROGGATZ. Besides tango you can enjoy morning Body Awakening Warm-Ups, relaxing activities, outdoor swimming pool, first-class accommodation, hotel restaurant with vegetarian options, walks in the surrounding park or in the nearby Pilsen city center.

ACCOMMODATION

Thursday to Sunday option or Friday to Sunday option in double and single rooms. You can choose from Standard or Superior categories. Accommodation includes breakfast in a buffet style, parking, wifi, swimming pool. 

MEALS

Breakfast is served in a buffet style. For lunch and dinners you can visit hotel restaurant with both international and Czech cuisine including vegetarian dishes. With the most fresh Pilsner Urquell on tap! You can also try out  restaurants in the neighbourhood or in the center of Pilsen. 

DANCE HALL

Seminars and Milongas will take place in the Parkhotel Big Dance Hall. It features quality wooden floor of 800 square metres (that should be enough:).

LEISURE

Parkhotel offers open-air swimming pool, wellness and walks in the nearby Borsky Park with Borska Dam. Historical center of Pilsen is only 15 min by public transport.

SEMINARS

Seminars are on Pre-Int to Adv levels. There will be 12 SEMINARS in total, you may attend any number of them. EMILIANO & CAROLINE will focus on TRADITIONAL TANGO, JAN & JULIA will lead you through TANGO NUEVO. 

MILONGAS

MILONGAS EACH NIGHT in the Big Hall of Parkhotel. Thursday Milonga will feature Traditional Tango, Saturday milonga Tango Nuevo and Sunday Milonga will be mixed. 

EMILIANO ALCARAZ & CARLOLINE ROGGATZ (ARG/GER)

Professional couple, performers and maestros based in Berlin.  Currently they are the main protagonists of the tango show We Call It Tango, which has been staged in Germany and Austria. 

HONZA & JULIE (CZE)

Leading couple of the Bailemos Dance School which recently celebrated 20 years of existence in the Czech Republic. They enjoy changing close embrace of traditional tango for open embrace of tango nuevo , the latter being the main focus of their seminars at Tango Camp.
