TANGO NUEVO OPEN CLASSES: AUTUMN 2026

TANGO NUEVO was born at the turn of millenium when new generation of dancers were searching more freedom in tango, relaxation of its strict rules and expression of new trends in music. Tango Nuevo builds upon traditional tango, it is not a new dance. It lays emphasis on a more relaxed embrace which gives rise to new dimensions of dance movement.  

Thursday TANGO NUEVO OPEN CLASSES are suitable for more experienced dancers. Each class focuses on a specific segment of dance, e.g. soltadas or off-axis moves. There will be also space for creativity of attendants. 

The lessons are designed as separate units, you can take part in one lesson or any number of them. FOR CONCRETE DATES, TIMES, PLACE AND PRICE SEE THE TABLE HEREUNDER.

The lessons are followed by PRAKTILONGAS  50:50 from 19:30 to 21:00 providing equal space for traditional and neo tango.  

PASSES FOR 1, 5 OR 10 LESSONS can be purchased through PASSES FOR OPEN CLASSES 2026 FORM hereunder or on the spot in cash. The Pass empowers you to attend any Tango Nuevo Open Classes as well as  T2 and T3 Open Classes on Tuesdays.
